一、During Project:
1、Trained in the ADN project and certified as a qualified console operator for Day 1 readiness；
2、Assist RSL and APL in the preparation of operational procedures and training documents (SOP/SOC)；
3、Assist RSL and APL in the training and certification of operators；
4、Participate in the DCS configuration and commission of OTS, complete the OTS training and certified；
5、Facilitate field operation inspection during construction and system hand over according to project schedule；
6、Facilitate control loop testing and interlock system testing according to the project schedule；
7、Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning before start-up, complete the preparation of start-up；
8、Assist RSL and APL in the editing and collating of related documents；
二、During Normal Operation after Project:
1、Take over and hand over the DCS operations thoroughly；
2、Startup / shutdown unit safely；
3、Ensure detailed activity is captured in the Log Book；
4、Knowledge on control parameter, example Ratio control, cascade control, auto control and manual control；
5、Basic knowledge on DCS system configuration and logic, understand how to insure the control program running as design；
6、Ensure all Performance Gap and troubleshooting is captured in the logbook and Shift log. Participate preliminary root cause analysis of PGR (performance gap report) and discuss with engineers；
7、Detect process abnormality and equipment abnormality and organize field technician initiate appropriate actions to ensure the reliability；
8、Check laboratory analysis, interpret the results and take corrective actions；
9、Guide other technicians in operating the unit；
10、Able to retrieve SIS data to check on alarms and interlock trigged. Knows the Hazard protected by the Interlock. Knows the requirement to bypass Interlock；
11、Respond quickly and properly in time of emergencies；
12、Able to perform emergency shutdown as per the Emergency Procedures；
13、Coordinate between Reliability Shift Leader, Asset Performance Leader and technicians during emergency；
14、Prioritize the work according to unit strength, ability and urgency of；
15、Train/coach junior operator。

1、Chemical industry related Secondary Technical School degree or above. College or bachelor undergraduate preferred；
2、Minimum of 5 years work experience (2 years for bachelor) in a chemical, polymer plant or oil refinery；
3、Minimum of 2 years work experience (1 years for bachelor) in DCS Operating；
4、Experience in HCN or similar high hazard chemical plants is an advantage；
5、Experience in construction/commission/start-up for a new project is an advantage；
6、Basic English communication skills is a plus。

一、During Project:

6、Ability to interact with all levels with strong leadership skills, as well as hand-on and team player；
7、Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivation skills。

一、During Project:
1、Be trained for trainers to train and certify shift technician；

4、Assist RSL to build up shift capability especially in maintenance, reliability and process disciplines；
5、Build up shift framework, tools, and procedures for Day1 readiness；

7、Drive the team pre-commissioning participation and commissioning activities ；
二、During Normal Operation after Project:
1、Ensure shift technician’s capability to meet OBWS requirement；
2、Maintain current, detailed knowledge and understanding of process unit equipment, unit operations, principles or operating methods used in the process and the effects of such operations on equipment involved；
3、Execute production and maintenance plans to meet production objectives & performance metrics set for his/her shift team；
4、Lead and manage shift day to day activities to meet production targets and align with operation strategies；
5、Lead the troubleshooting, resolving process/equipment problems and optimizing production performance & efficiency. Investigate production performance gaps & develop corrective action by engaging reliability engineers & Process Engineers as appropriate；
6、Gatekeep work notification created by shift, and plan and schedule shift performed maintenance jobs；
7、Analyze shift performance data and metrics for continuous improvement 。

1、Bachelor’s degree of Chemical, mechanical or technical equivalents；
2、At least 5+ years’ work experience with at least 1-year supervisory experience in process shift operations in multi-national chemical industry；
3、Experience with new plant start-up will be a plus；
4、TPM experience will be a plus；

9、经常性地巡检装置，检查及调节设备，以确保完善操作。例如获取温度及压力数据，调节机泵的密封冲洗，检查及加注润滑材料，开关阀门，切换机泵等等；
10、完成生产报告和记录数据，如使用规定的室外工作日志和数据表，工作任务单，以及安全工作许可证等；
11、适时地提出SAP故障系统工作任务要求；
12、保持现时，详细的知识及懂得工艺生产单元设备，单元生产操作，工艺生产原则及生产方法，以及操作相关设备带来的影响；
13、能够学习或完成基本的机修技能，例如阀门填料紧固；拆，装小件盲板；更换过滤器，震动监测等等；
14、使用系统化的工艺手段以辨别，调查和安全有效地解决问题。用以故障纠错，以及解决工艺生产中的问题；
15、服从工作指示并完成班组长可能分派的其他任务。

18、Able to perform emergency shutdown as per the Emergency Procedures；

3、至少具有在中央总控操作系统2年以上操作工作经验；
4、具有单元操作与生产过程操作的相关知识；

6、具备分析与解决生产工艺中的问题的技能；
7、具备工艺联锁保护逻辑图/工艺联锁保护模型的知识；
8、能够从安全仪表系统中获取和解析相关资讯；
9、具备良好的人际交流和沟通技巧，能够在团队环境中工作，致力于 严格遵守安全及环境法规；
10、具备或从事过工厂调试与启动经验者为佳；
11、具备基本英语沟通技能者为佳。
