职位介绍：1、Drafting and reviewing all kinds of Contracts both in English and Chinese related to the Company’s business；
2、Propose legal opinion & provide legal consultancy to the company’s business；
3、Risk management of the project；
4、Participate in project negotiation with the client；
5、Management of Company’s legal affairs；
6、Legal support to the project execution；
7、Research to the legal development of the country with regards to the Company’s business and status；
8、General legal assistance to the Company’s business；
9、Co-operate with TGE Group contract and risk management department for company & project with management；
10、Engage in the support to the compliance management of TGE Group。
任职要求：Professional experience as legal consultant for international plant engineering & construction projects;Language Skills: English, Chinese;MS Office; Company's ERP System Navision (after received training and implementing in TGE Shanghai).
