职位介绍：1、Be responsible for all China indirect or direct purchasing / sourcing responsibility for the group；
2、Sourcing / Procurement process optimization, vendor selection and negotiation and contract management under supervision of general manager and HQ procurement department；
3、Set up category related strategy and actions for group assigned sourcing category to ensure cost reduction targets being realized；
4、Conduct category sourcing analysis & market surveys；
5、Purchasing / Operational procedures execution as required；
6、Issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for new sourcing (for new model, new material and major projects) to suppliers, service providers & contractor；
7、Responsible for documentation / achieving of procurement contracts & vendor qualification documents in consistent manner；
8、Communicate with suppliers on all issue that related to purchases (technical & commercial)；
9、Verify, confirm & analyze the submitted quotation & its cost breakdown and specifications and proceed for price negotiation with suppliers to meet the sourcing request requirements；
10、Organize internal meeting & vendor meetings；
11、Manage the activities of the purchasing, logistics, expediting and operations team；
12、Manage risks through entire project process, solving unexpected problems as needed；
13、Monthly and quarterly report on spend data and contract status, savings, vendor KPIs etc；
14、Follow up on deliveries；
15、Assistance on quality control, this includes：Taking part of pre-shipment inspection with third party；Working as liaison between end user and suppliers on delivery schedule。
任职要求：1、Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience；
2、2+ years’ experience as a supervisor procurement organization performing vendor management on petroleum and chemistry；
3、Develop mechanisms and metrics to track supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost；
4、Create supplier scorecards to measure and track supplier performance；
5、Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)；
6、Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Both in writing and speaking)；
7、Able to understand basic technical drawing；
8、Able to work in tight timeline and under pressure with resolving matters according to priorities；
9、Candidate has experience in handling/monitoring logistics and familiar with International Trade especially to Asia；
10、Candidate has experience with International Trade especially to Asia；
11、Candidate has experience in handling/monitoring logistics。
