目标：确保工厂设备设施的正常运行，从而确保工厂生产稳定和人员安全。

工作范Χ：负责华东区钢瓶气充装工厂设备设施的计划性保养和紧急维修。


主要职责：
1 安全

(1)遵守公司的作业程序和安全规程；
(2)负责工厂维修、施工等作业的安全许可证签发；
(3)制定并落实现场设备设施的安全管理制度，开展设备设施有关的安全隐患排查，防止事故发生；
(4)落实主管层级的安全活动。


2 设备设施维护
(1)制定工厂机械设备、仪器仪表、软管及其它工艺设施和公用工程的年度维护计划，并根据系统提示的时间安排实施维护；
(2)工厂设备设施的日常巡检和维护，并落实维护记¼；
(3)实施或联络专业人员进行工厂设备设施的故障排除，及时恢复工厂的正常生产；
(4)制定备件需求计划，尤其要确保压缩机和泵等关键设备有充足有效的备件。通过优化备件管理和对设备维护提供方的管理，降低工厂运行成本；
(5)通过SAP系统进行备件仓库的物料管理，改善仓库实物秩序及其与系统的相符性；
(6)钢瓶、阀门等新资产采购时，配合负责钢瓶规格、阀门规格及供应商质量方面问题处理；
(7)工厂设备设施相关文件的整理存档。
(8)其它设备设施相关的工作。

1.电气或机电一体化专业，本科以上学历；
2.有较强的主动性，对职责相关问题反应快速，直至解决；
3.具有较强的计划能力和沟通能力，重视任务完成的质量和结果；
4.3年以上工作经验；
5.根据工厂需要，能够服从合理的工作岗λ和任务内容调整；
6.掌握计算机基本办公软件使用。

1.Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, Basic Safety Practices and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.

2.Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.

3.Responsible for the maintenance of all pressure vessels, tanks, relief valves, exchangers, pipe line, flare detections, life support system, critical safety system and all types of rotating equipment (Pumps, turbines and compressors, Coal Millersetc) and other mechanical system.

4.Support in inspection planning, code design, regulatory compliance, quality control standard, equipment repair, and fitness for service.

5.Support to develop Inspection Planning and Repair Procedures

6.Interpretation of corporate standards as well as “recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices” such as ASME and GB Codes and API Documents to site.

7.Performing equipment design, inspection, fitness for service evaluations and failure analysis for mechanical integrity system Development and updating of corporate standards

8.Implement and manage engineering requirements to satisfy equipment selection, maintenance and reliability initiatives

9.Inspect Pressure Systems (including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Fired Heaters, Reformers, Storage Tanks, furnace, Piping) during plant outages / normal operation and evaluate results for recommend repair, Input for development and maintenance of Pressure System standards, procedures, best practices, inspection contracts and contractor service.
10.Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.

11.To be familiar with all equipment in Gasification Facility, maintain all mechanical equipment accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.

12.Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.

13.Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work and tasks, troubleshooting, repair for all responsibly equipment.

14.Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.

15.Continually to drive productivity and cost savings and enhancement through improved work process and equipment performance. Initiate and Implement continuous improvement saving projects.

16.Reporting-Time entry weekly, and prepare technical reports either written or through entries into the resource management system to maintain accurate documentations on the Gasification facility, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

17.Provide mechanical system diagnostics services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using vibration diagnostics tools and failure analysis techniques. This includes issuing failure analysis reports and cost effective recommendations for reliability improvements.

18.Develop mechanical equipment job-packs for major overhauls and repair.

19.Initiate and implement reliability and/or efficiency improvement initiatives and best practices on operating machinery and focus on CoNC(Cost of Non-compliance)

20.Provide installation and commission support for new large machinery [eg. Compressors, turbines.]

21.Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns.

22.Spare parts inventory review and parts purchasing support technically, effort in plant reliability

2.Educational: Diploma or higher education holder in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering.
3.Working Experience: The minimum requirements for the machinery/mechanical engineer’s position are 5+ years’ experience in Pulverization Coal Gasification Facility mechanical maintenance experiences, especially 3+ years’ experience in Shell Gasification Facility mechanical maintenance experiences. Desirable to have Piping stress analysis experience.
4.The engineer should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, and materials of mechanical.
5.Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language.
6.Able to work independently as well as in a team player.
7.Basic office software operation.
