1、Develop environmental, health and safety policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation of the business完善环境、健康、安全政策流程，确保安全有效的运营环境；
2、Ensure all EHS policies, procedures and practices in compliance with related laws and regulations确保所有EHS政策流程和操作符合法律、法规要求；
3、Set targets of safety production and environment protection based on laws and company requirementsKeep the industry accidents under the acceptable rate. 组织建立安全生产及环保工作目标，控制事故率；
4、Monitor and ensure all process and practice in compliance with EHS policies, and conduct onsite check and feedback监督和确定各项工艺操作符合安全管理要求，依照EHS相关规定进行现场考核；
5、Provide information and guidance to operation on safety and environmental controls在安全和环保方面，向工厂和运营提供有效信息和指导；
6、Maintain all records and reports as defined by regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines确保所有记录和报告符合环保机构和公司政策要求；
7、Monitor the storage and usage of all chemicals and other risk materials, assure the safety of usage监督化学品、危险物品的存放、领用，确定使用过程的安全；

任职要求：
1、Bachelor or above, majored in safety engineering or chemical related field, with Safety Engineer Certificate本科或以上学历，安全、环保或化学相关专业；
2、Minimum 8 years relevant work experience and at least 3 years management experience in large chemical enterprise (Active employees should be at least 500). With the experience of process safety management experience is a plus至少8年相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验，有超过500人的大型化工企业现场工艺安全管理经验；
3、Have good knowledge of EHS management. Deeply understand environment and sustainability standards such as ISO14001, HAZOP有很好的安环理论知识，熟悉ISO14001、HAZOP等安全管理体系和方法；

职位介绍：
1、To keep equipment reliable and running normally in case of unplanned downtime为了维护生产设备正常运行，杜绝非计划停机，做好预防性维护；
2、Prepare preventive maintenance plan and set related management system预防性维保体系的搭建及计划执行；
3、Set up equipment maintenance files建立设备运行和维修档案；
4、Conduct regular inspection and on-point check of equipment生产设备的特种巡检、点检；
5、Engage in important technical improvement plan重大技改方案的参与及制定；
6、Monitor and control maintenance expense设备维修费用管控；

任职要求：
