职位介绍：1、Be responsible for the long term planning and support with respect to ladder logic, programming, advanced controls, graphics design, operational changes, preventive maintenance and systems migration as well as back up；

2、Participating in technical reviews, equipment design, installation, operation and optimizations (productivity) of equipment & systems including validations, Mechanical Integrity and Management of Change along with procedures development & implementations；
参与技术评审、设备的设计、安装、运行和优化（生产力）设备和系统，包括验证、机械完整性、以及随着程序的发展与实现出现的变更管理；
3、Operation preparation during plants construction, include documentation collection, related skills training, tools purchase, project acceptance, supplier and contractor contact and list preparation；
工厂施工期间的生产准备，包括文件编制汇集、相关的技能培训、工具购买、工程验收、与供应商和承包商联系以及清单编制；
4、Routine inspection, map out related procedure；
日常检查，制定相关程序；
5、Troubleshooting, “on call” around the clock for emergency plant shutdown；
故障排除，二十四小时“待命”以应对装置紧急停工情况；
6、Prevent/predictive maintenance system build up and daily maintenance；
建立预防/预见性维护系统，并进行日常维护；
7、TAR planning and execution, include maintenance and repair information collection, the preparation of job package, spare and material, contractor and tools, safety management during execution, TAR execution and contractor management, acceptance；

8、Annual budget preparation；

16、Participate and coordinate the installation and start-up of C&I equipment for new plant installations and start ups；

负责支持、指导和发展本地仪表技术人员。任职要求：1、Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent broad based technical skills in maintenance and operation of C&I equipment；
较强的沟通能力，及在仪控设备维护和操作方面出色，广泛的专业技能；
2、Additional experience in maintenance, repair, analyzer, process safety, PCS7 DCS system；
另外，还需具备有关维护、维修、分析仪、工艺安全和 PCS7 DCS系统的经验；
3、Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in C&I application and maintenance, engineering and / or operations roles needed；
在仪控设备运行和维护、工程和/或操作方面，至少具有5年以上的工作经验；
4、Possessing a bachelor’s degree in a C&I Engineering a minimum. Preferable in Automation, Chemical or Electrical Engineering；
至少拥有仪控工程学士学位。自动化，化工或电气工程专业优先；
5、Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and a must with the ability to work cross culturally；
较强的英语口头和书面沟通能力，需具备在不同文化背景下工作的能力；
6、Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions required；
证明有能力独立开展工作，并能做出明智的决策；
7、Experience in leading and guiding technical employees needed；
应具备领导和指导所需技术人员的经验。
