职位介绍：1、General Manager’s Assistant is a key role who will mainly work closely with general manager and make sure to complete the assignments as well as policy execution；
2、Based in Jinan, works as a part of highly motivated professional and is responsible for daily delegation directly from the General Manager；
3、The position also requires to be act quickly and result-oriented, as well as proficient English communication, plus experience in International company；
4、Provide support to General Manager in daily routine works；
5、Assist general manager with business negotiation, able to conduct and deliver presentation independently；
6、Assist General Manager and participate in the supervision and control of the business operation plan implementation；
7、Assist General Manager in developing key account clients；
8、Participate in planning and preparation activities associated with meetings, presentations, and conferences；
9、Provide direct assistance in the completion of projects, presentations and reports；
10、Other tasks arranged by General Manager。
任职要求：1、Master degree, majored in pulp and paper or chemical industry；
2、At least 2-3 years working experience；
3、Excellent command of spoken and written English, capable to write reports and memo in English；
4、Proactive attitude to the work and responsibility；
5、Open mind and willing to learn and improvement；
6、Skilled in usage of SW like MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint；
7、Planning /Organising/ Follow-up / capability。
