职位介绍：1、Responsible for ensuring processing technology is effectively used by operating personel to make products by developing, improving and maintaining a controlled system of Standard Operating Procedures; including clearly defining operating parameters and guidelines to ensure the safe operation and production of high quality products；
2、Responsible for process management to ensure production operation complying with all related EHS requirements and legal regulations；
3、Writing and training/ implementing production SOP and other related standards、 Process development, routing, fixture and tooling design、 e、g:DCS’ parameter setting and modification；
4、Optimize process parameters and improve production operation to improve product quality, increase output and reduce production cost；
5、To develop and apply operational excellence tools such as PI, 6 Sigma, TPM, etc；
6、The overall continuous improvement of Process Safety, Quality, Variability, Reliability and Productivity；
7、Analyze process problems from the overall process point of view；
8、Join investigation of customer complaints and accident, prepare the quality corrective report and track the implementation of corrective measures；
9、In charge of MOC management, make improvement plan and track MOC implementation；
10、Troubleshooting process control problems and identifying causes and make recommendations for improvements and/or implement improvements；
11、Responsibilities involve designing, installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes；
12、Cooperate with relevant departments to introduce new product、 Collaborate with the relevant personnel on the proper scale up of new products, raw material substitution etc、 Write Manufacturing Instructions for Trial Production, QC Instructions and to update the Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Conditions for the product once the trials are completed；
13、Update P&I Ds and SOPs in time and and support updates of risk analysis, HAZOP、 Responsible for process training for production staff；
14、Collaborate with both the Regional Engineering and Global Process Improvement team to learn and share new ideas to improve the process；
15、Maintain and update the product version and master recipe of product；
16、Assist regional PSM manager to ensure the site process safety reached GB and Kemira standards and develop continually；
17、Identifying and developing cost/benefit analysis for potential new projects；
18、All the tasks that are needed to achieve set targets or given by line management。
任职要求：1、Bachelors' Degree or Masters' Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred, Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering could be considered；
2、At least 5 years' experience in an Operations or Process Control environment；
3、Experienced in gas processing and handling such as air separation, carbonmonoxie and chlorine area is preferred；
4、Proficient in English and Mandarin；
5、Strong technical knowledge & background in Advanced Process Control engineering and control systems；
6、Experience with the multiple DCS platforms；
7、Mature, good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skill；
8、Excellent in personal skills &result oriented；
9、Quick learner and Ability to problem-solve and make decisions with minimal supervision；
10、Strong experienced on the air separation, CO, Cl2, phosgene, fatty acid chloride, tail gas treatment process and productions。
