职位介绍：1、Set up and develop site occupational health related procedures, to be in line with GB codes, country laws/regulations, government requirement, as well Kemira’s standard；
2、Support operation team to identify IH risks in workplace through self-assessment and apply proper control measures；
3、Communicate on health risks to workers, provide IH training to employees；
4、Define PPE requirements and check the implementation；
5、Improve and follow up site medical check program, support operation team on employees OH records management；
6、Conduct occupational hazardous factors reporting and follow up monitoring plan；
7、Provide technical guidance and IH-OH compliance supports to operation team and function departments；
8、Coordinate authorities’ issues；
9、Deal with site occupatinal disease issues；
10、Support project on IH/OH permitting；
11、Assist EHSQ manager on ISO system management, to comply with Kemira’s management requirement。
任职要求：1、Bachelor or above of safety engineering, chemical engineering, or equivalent；
2、Above 5 years industrial hygiene related working experience,preferred for working experience in chemical industry environment；
3、Excellent knowledge of IH/OH related regulations, laws, and standards；
4、Good communication skills and cross function collaboration；
5、Good in written and verbal English are preferred；
6、Good chemical engineering knowledge and OHSAS 18001 knowledge；
7、Ability to coach, train and influence other people；
8、Strength in documentation work；
9、Computer skill；
10、Tolerance to work stress；
11、Experience for working in an international company is preferred。
