职位介绍：1、Set up and develop site safety related policies/procedures, to be in line with GB codes, country laws/regulations, government requirement, as well Kemira’s standard；
2、Support operation team to conduct risk assessment, identify high level risks, follow up risk update and periodic review；
3、Organize regular legal compliance review to ensure regulatory compliance；
4、Coordinate work safety bureau issues；
5、Conduct EHS orientation and safety training to employees；
6、Maintain and update site emergency response plans, ensure all major hazard emergency scenarios have an appropriate response plan；
7、Conduct safety work permits audit and routine safety inspections, follow up corrective actions；
8、Leads or assists in incident investigations；
9、Lead or participate in safety upgrading projects；
10、Support project safety related permitting；
11、Coordinate with site process safety management program；
12、Responsible for site fire-fighting management；
13、Assist EHSQ manager on ISO system management, to comply with Kemira’s management requirement。
任职要求：1、Bachelor or above degree in safety, chemical engineering；
2、Minimum 5 years experience in EHS implementation and management, preferred for working experience in chemical industry environment；
3、Certified Safety Engineer is required；
4、Familiar with EHS regulations and GB codes for chemical production；
5、Strength in communication and coaching skills and cross function collaboration；
6、Good in written and verbal English are preferred；
7、Good chemical engineering knowledge and OHSAS 18001 knowledge；
8、Communication skill with authorities；
9、Computer skill；
10、Tolerance to work stress；
11、Experience for working in an international company is preferred。
