职位介绍：1、参加装置每日维护协调会议，了解作业计划、风险、要求等，参与作业风险评估；
Participate in daily plant maintenance coordination meeting, to understand job plan, risk, requirements, etc., and participate in job risk assessment；
2、执行3级RAP作业许可证的现场批准及1、2级RAP作业许可证的监督检查；
Carry out site approval of Level 3 RAP PTW, and supervision & inspection of Level 1 & 2 RAP PTW；
3、每日对现场作业点巡回检查, 及时纠正并记录装置现场人员和承包商人员的不安全行为，并将现场作业控制考核情况录入信息管理系统；及时汇报现场发现的环境、设备的不安全状态和安全隐患；
Make daily patrol inspection at site, correct and record any unsafe behaviour of plant site personnel and contractors’ personnel in time and input the assessment status of site work control to information management system; report unsafe status and potential safety problems of site environment and equipment in time；
4、每日与承包商安全管理人员进行沟通，并监管其执行赛科HSSE要求的符合性；
Make daily communication with contractor’s safety management personnel, and supervise the compliance for them to implement SECCO HSSE requirements；
5、参加承包商安全会议，教育、辅导承包商现场作业人员纠正不安全行为；
Participate in the contractor’s tool-box meeting, educate and coach contractors’ site work personnel to correct unsafe behaviour；
6、定期与生产工程师一起进行现场完整性检查，及时汇总检查的发现项；
Regularly Work with production engineer to make site integrity check, and summarize the findings in time；
7、参加季节性等各类安全专项检查（例如：防台防汛、防暑降温、防雷、防静电、防冻防凝、防火等）；
Participate in quarterly safety special inspection of various types (e.g., typhoon/flood prevention, heatstroke prevention, lightning protection, electrostatic protection, winterizing & condensation prevention, fire protection etc.)；
8、装置检修中的重大作业、高风险作业进行现场安全监督和提供HSSE专业支持；
Conduct site safety supervision and provide HSSE professional support for major work and high risk work during plant maintenance.
9、配合HSSE部门实施对进入现场人员的安全培训；
Coordinate with HSSE department to carry out safety training for personnel entering site；
10、负责推动对装置班组的安全活动建设；
Responsible for promoting plant team’s safety activity construction；
11、及时完成现场安全经理分配的其他工作；
Timely complete other assignments from superior managers。
任职要求：1、大学本科及以上学历，工业安全或化工相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, industrial safety or Chemical related major；
2、在石油化工现场安全管理方面5年以上经验，有化工公司生产操作经验者优先；
Above 5 years’ experience in site safety management at petrochemical plant. Operation experiences in chemical company are preferred；
3、极强的责任心，良好的沟通协调能力；
With a strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skill & coordination ability；
4、熟练操作电脑办公应用软件（EXCEL， WORD及POWERPOINT等）；
Competence in Office PC applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.)。
