职位介绍：1、组织编制在线分析仪、固定式气体检测仪运维的管理程序和工作标准；
Organize to develop the management procedures and working standards for the operation and maintenance of online analyzers and fixed gas detectors.
2、对承包商的运维工作进行管理，包括：根据工厂生产需求安排和调整承包商工作计划与方案，对承包商工作进度、质量、现场6S进行检查和考核，提供技术支持及协同解决疑难问题，协调承包商与赛科其它部门的工作联系，确保其符合赛科HSSE要求和在线分析工作规范；
Manage the operation and maintenance work of the contractor, including: arrange and adjust the contractor's work plan and proposal according to the production needs of the plants, check and assess the contractor's work progress, quality, and on-site 6S, provide technical support and collaboratively solve difficult problems, coordinate the contractor's working relationship with other SECCO departments to ensure that they meet the SECCO HSSE requirements and online analysis work specifications.
3、跟踪在线分析仪运行状态，并及时处置异常情况；
Track the operation status of the online analyzer and dispose abnormal conditions in a timely manner.
4、掌握备件维修、更换使用情况，控制备件库存和维护成本，确保符合在线分析备件使用策略；
Master the situation of spare parts repair, replacement and use, control spare parts inventory and maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with online analysis spare parts usage strategies.
5、负责制订大检修计划（工作包），包括检修材料，计划，人力资源配置等，监督检修质量和进度；
Responsible for the development of TAR plans (work packages), including TAR materials, plans, human resource allocation, etc., supervise the quality and progress of TAR.
6、参与分析仪项目，优化改造等工作，并提供现场支持；
Participate in analyzer projects, optimization and modification work, and provide on-site support.
7、配合实验室、工艺团队对产品质量指标的跟踪、分析和改进工作；
Cooperate with the laboratory and process team to track, analyze and improve the product quality indicators.
8、开展对装置、承包商等相关人员的在线分析专业培训；
Conduct professional training on online analysis of relevant personnel of plants and contractors
9、及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by line manager in a timely manner.
任职要求：1、仪表、自动化本科及以上学历；
Have university degree or above with major in instrumentation, automatic control.
2、8年以上石油化工行业及本专业工作经验，4年以上技术管理岗位经验；
2More than 8 years of work experience in petrochemical industry and this discipline, more than 4 years of experience in technical management posts.
3、熟悉石油化工装置在线分析系统组成、技术规范标准和相关法律法规；
Be familiar with the makeup, technical specification &criterion and relevant laws and regulations of online analyser system in petrochemical plant.
4、具有良好的沟通能力，有效的组织和计划能力，主动学习的意愿和能力；
Good communication ability, efficient organization and planning ability, willingness and ability of learning actively.
5、熟练使用办公自动化，如MS Outlook， MS Word 和MS Excel，PPT；
Be proficient in use of OA software, such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS.
6、符合工作要求的专业英语能力。
