职位介绍：1、协助现场安全经理开展现场安全管理工作；
Assist the site safety manager to carry out on-site safety management work.
2、执行3级RAP作业许可证的现场批准及1、2级RAP作业许可证的监督检查；
Perform on-site approval of Level 3 RAP PTW and supervision and inspection of Level 1 and Level 2 RAP PTW.
3、每日对现场作业点巡回检查, 及时纠正并记录装置现场人员和承包商人员的不安全行为，及时反馈环境、设备的不安全状态和安全隐患；
Carry out daily patrol inspection of on-site operation points, timely correct and record unsafe behaviors of plant site personnel and contractor personnel, timely feed back environmental, equipment unsafe conditions and safety hazards.
4、定期与生产工程师一起进行现场完整性检查，及时汇总检查的发现项；
Regularly work with the production engineer to perform on-site integrity inspections and summarize the findings of the inspection in a timely manner.
5、定期参加承包商安全会议，教育、辅导承包商现场作业人员纠正不安全行为；
Regularly participate in the contractor safety meeting to educate and coach the contractor on-site operators to correct unsafe behavior.
6、根据现场安全经理要求，编制生产部各类安全专项检查计划，并组织各工厂实施；
According to the requirements of the site safety manager, prepare various special safety inspection plans for the production department and organize plants to implement.
7、负责汇总和发布现场安全团队的作业检查、安全巡视等例行报告；
Responsible for summarizing and issuing routine reports such as job inspections and safety inspections of the on-site safety team.
8、配合HSSE部门，协调现场安全工程师实施现场安全培训，并负责培训材料的准备；
Cooperate with HSSE department to coordinate site safety engineers to implement on-site safety training, and be responsible for the preparation of training materials.
9、为装置检修中的重大作业、高风险作业进行现场安全监督和提供HSSE专业支持；
Carry out on-site safety supervision and provide HSSE professional support for major operations and high-risk operations in plant overhaul.
10、制定针对装置班组的安全活动计划并督促现场安全工程师推动实施；
Develop the safety activity plan for the plant teams and organize on-site safety engineers to facilitate implementation.
11、及时完成现场安全经理分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other assignments from superior managers.
任职要求：1、大学本科及以上学历，工业安全或化工相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, industrial safety or Chemical related major.
2、在石油化工现场安全管理方面10年以上经验，有化工公司生产操作和管理经验者优先；
Above 10 years’ experience in site safety management at petrochemical plant. Experiences of production operating and management in chemical company are preferred.
3、极强的责任心，良好的组织、沟通和协调能力；
With a strong sense of responsibility. Good organization, communication skill & coordination ability.
4、熟练操作电脑办公应用软件（EXCEL， WORD及POWERPOINT等），满足工作需要的英语能力。
Competence in Office PC applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.). English skill that can meet the job.
