职位介绍：1、根据技术服务以及科研开发的需求，进行定题检索、情报调研和专利跟踪，提供科研开发专题分析研究报告和建议，为研发提供技术储备；
Carry out regular retrieval, information research and tracking according to the demand of technical service and scientific research & development, provide the scientific research & development analysis report and suggestions, and provide technical reserve for R&D.
2、文献检索，包括USPTO, EPO, JPO, WIPO 等数据库，提供技术开发或专利申请建议；
Make information retrieval, including the databases of USPTO, EPO, JPO, and WIPO, and provide the proposals on technical development or patent application.
3、指导工程师,共同挖掘可申请专利的主题，撰写正确的专利技术交底书并提供培训；
Coach engineers and conduct training on how to identify patentable invention idea and write effective patent disclosures and provide training.
4、控制专利说明书、权利要求书公开的技术要点和文本质量，避免公开不充分导致难以授权或过多的技术公开造成的技术损失；
Review the patent specifications and claims to control the quality of the patent documents to avoid the loss due to excessive or insufficient technical disclosure.
5、跟踪并更新研发项目进展的阶段性报告；
Follow up the R&D projects, update the project progress reports.
6、组织项目认定、成果鉴定、高新技术项目转化申报、知识产权认定等；
Organize the project accreditation or appraisal of project achievements, application for transfer of hi-tech project, and accreditation of intellectual property.
7、专利的流程管理，包括从申请、答复审查至授权的过程管理以及授权专利的法律有效性维持以及其它国际专利事务；
Patent process management, including the process management of application, reply to review and authorization, maintaining the validity of the granted patents and other patent related matters.
8、协同有关部门，宣传、推进持续改进及文化建设；
Work with relevant departments to promote CI activities and CI culture.
9、为持续改进项目提供项目辅导和支持；
Provide coaching and support to CI project teams.
10、及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other works assigned by the superior manager.
任职要求：1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，理工科背景；
Education Background: At least a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) major in science and engineering.
2、至少具有5年以上情报调研、专利检索、分析及申请以及科研管理的工作经验；
Relevant Working Experience: above 5 years’ experience in information research, patent affairs and familiar with patent searching, patent filing/ analysis and R&D management.
3、熟悉专利法律法规，具有专利申请经验者优先考虑；
Knowledge of patent law and patent filing preferred.
4、良好的办公自动化的技能；
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5、与不同层次的人员进行良好的沟通；
Good communication skill with different levels of staff.
6、具有良好的表达能力和实施培训的能力；
Indication that the person is a good presenter and trainer.
7、良好的团队工作精神；
Strong team work.
8、英语阅读能力。口语流利者优先考虑。
Good English reading skill, with fluent English preferred.
