职位介绍：1、在高级生产工程师的指导下，组织所属员工负责本装置的日常生产运行，以安全、高质量、低成本为目标，确保装置安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷和优化运行，使装置实现批准的月度生产计划并且使成本符合预算要求；
Instructed by senior production engineer, organize subordinating employees to be responsible for daily production operation of the plant, with safety, high quality and low cost as targets, to ensure plant can be running safely, stably, long-term, full rate and optimizing, make plant achieve approved monthly production plant, and make cost consistent with budget requirement.
2、管理装置运行的各项工艺参数，并进行详细的记录，降低物耗、能耗；
Manage various process parameters of plant operation, and conduct detailed record, to reduce material consumption and energy consumption.
3、负责制定生产操作各岗位的操作记录，建立各项管理档案，并负责检查各项制度的执行情况；
Be responsible for development of operating records of each production operation post, establishment of various management files, and check of implementations of various systems
4、负责制订、修订所管辖职责范围内的相关操作规程和作业程序标准，经批准后监督执行；
Be responsible for generation, revision of relevant operating instructions and job procedure standards within the responsibility scope, and supervise the implementation after approval.
5、参与项目施工阶段各项生产准备工作，并组织人员对施工项目和图纸核对；在调试阶段，执行调试任务，完成各项调试计划；
Participate in various production preparation works at the project construction stage, and organize people to check construction items and drawings. During the commissioning stage, implement commissioning tasks, complete various commissioning plans.
6、检查作业许可证制度落实情况，监督检修隔离措施的实施情况，确保检修安全进行；检查操作工巡检制度的落实情况，确保事故隐患能够及时发现和处理；
Check the implementations of PTW system and supervise the implementations of maintenance isolation measures, to ensure the maintenance to be safely carried out. Check the implementations of operator's patrol inspection system, to ensure that potential incident risks can be timely found and handled
7、分析部门的OE（报警率、自控率、NOL/SOL/SDL等）管理工作，定期安排组织回顾并制定优化方案；
Analyze management of OE (alarm rate, auto-control rate, NOL/SOL/SDL, etc.) of the department, arrange and organize the review and develop optimization plan on a regular basis.
8、及时判断处理生产过程中出现的操作波动，制订及时的调整方案，并组织实施到班组，确保产品质量；
Timely judge and deal with operation fluctuation during the production, develop the timely tuning plan, and organize the shift team to implement, to ensure product quality
9、参与制定装置的大、中、小修方案，组织人员编写检修开停工方案，并组织实施到班组；
Participate in the development of plant proposals for large, medium and minor overhaul, organize people to prepare startup and shutdown proposal for overhaul, and organize the shift team to implement
10、参与操作法、培训资料、生产准备方案等各类相关资料的编制与审核；负责团队各项生产技术培训，不断提高全班人员的技术业务水平和综合能力；
Participate in preparation and review of operating methods, training materials, production preparation proposals and other related materials. Be responsible for team’s various production technical trainings, to constantly improve the technical level and comprehensive ability of all team members.
11、负责装置正常运行的技改、技措项目的实施、管理，使装置安全长周期的运行，配合落实IMS管理系统的执行；
Be responsible for execution and management of MOC projects for normal operation of the plant to ensure long term safe operation and cooperate in implementation of IMS management system.
12、参与装置的持续改进工作，积极提出合理化建议；
Participate in CI work of the plant and raise rational suggestions in self-initiative way.
13、落实各岗位事故紧急预案，并组织职工进行演练；
Carry out emergency plans of all posts and organize the staff to drill.
14、推进6S现场管理制度，实现生产车间标准化管理；按时考核车间员工的6S执行情况，实施奖惩，确保制度得到落实；
Push 6S site management system to realize standard management of the production units; assess 6S execution status of the staff of the unit and implement rewards and disciplinary policy to ensure the policy is implemented.
15、与班组保持密切的沟通，及时掌握员工状态，上传下达，保持团队团结；
Keep close communication with the shift teams to know the status of the staff to ensure up-down and down-up communication and unity of the team.
16、及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior managers.
任职要求：1、教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，化工或工艺管理专业；
Education background: have university degree or above with major in chemical engineering or process management.
2、工作经验：具有5年以上化工装置或公用工程、油品储运、乙烯、丙烯储运等的运行经验；有2年以上的生产/技术管理工作经验优先；
More than 5 years’ work experience in chemical plant and oil products storage and transportation, ethylene/propylene storage and transportation, utilities and other areas; at least 2 years’ work experience in production technical management is preferred.
3、对行业生产、安全、技术以及国家的各类安全法令等要求有深刻了解；
Have deep understanding on production, safety and technology requirements of the industry as well as state safety laws.
4、处理复杂问题、复杂事物的能力，能够适应变化并迅速作决策；
Be able to deal with difficult problems and matters, be able to accommodate to changes and make decisions fast.
5、专业技术能力，具有对装置生产运行给予独到的建设性指导意见的能力；
Have professional skills, be able to provide original and constructive guiding idea for production operation of the plant.
6、有较强的责任心，积极主动完成工作；
Have strong sense of responsibility, complete work in an active manner.
7、英语四级及以上，熟练运用办公自动化软件。
Have CET4 certificate or above, be proficient with OA software.
