职位介绍：
1、Strictly follow HSE policies & procedures and local regulations, ensure maintenance activities safety without reportable injury and LSR violation；
2、Establish & continually optimize site reliability improvement system & processes；
3、Perform monthly bad actor analysis and delivery monthly report; establish proposals for bad actors to be eliminated in month to come；
4、Drive bad actor elimination by organizing and facilitating weekly RCPS workshops；
5、Lead TOP bad actors continuous improvement across site；
6、Ensure capture and analysis of maintenance data and equipment works histories to support work of maintenance engineers；
7、Review and analyze data from inspections for information on equipment reliability issues on request of maintenance engineers
8、Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis efforts for incidents triggered by documented procedures or assignment；
9、Provide troubleshooting support to operating unites on equipment reliability including emergency work reviews；
10、Facilitate disciplined and systematic equipment strategy development &optimization efforts, e、g、 by using criticality assessment and FMEA as well as Maintenance Effectiveness Analysis；
11、Responsible for developing plant AIM/ reliability improvement master plan and ensuring its well implemented；
12、Responsible for turnaround(TA) management (plan, budget, preparation, QC, Post-TA review etc、)in assigned area；
13、Establish technical standards/best practices on equipment selection & specification defining, small project designing etc；
14、Supervise & coordinate MOC projects well implemented in assigned area；
15、Act as project coordinator in maintenance department with P&E and process for projects, actively participate in the capital projects process including providing reliability input to the Engineering Group for equipment design, specification and purchase；
16、Support line manager to develop & control yearly maintenance budget, as well as the long term asset investment budget；
17、Provide tools, trainings and support to the discipline engineers in driving long-term maintenance and equipment reliability improvements；
18、Keeping up-to-date on Akzo Nobel and outside developments in the area of reliability；
19、Complete other related tasks assigned by the line manager – keep own utilization high。

1、Bachelor degree in related discipline (e、g、 Chemical Machinery, E&I &A etc、)；
2、Familiar with different standards of equipment and material, know the quality requirement of installation；
3、Safety knowledge of maintenance in chemical plant；
4、With experience of taking part in project construction；
5、Strong experience of PM management；
6、Familiar with reliability engineering methodologies & tools, e、g、 SAP,OEE, CBM&RCM, RBI,FMEA, RCPS etc、 L6S methodology referred；
7、Good ability to analyze and solve the problem(data analysis, RCPS)；
8、Good skills in use of software (word, excel, PPT, Auto CAD)；
9、Effective communication skill both written and verbal in English；
10、Strong bias and action oriented toward continuous improvement；
