职位介绍：1、Oversee pilot plant and facility projects including timelines, purchasing, cost estimation, implementation of new processes, and documentation (batch records, specification sheet, deviations, and investigations). Projects may include both research and development of customer orders；
2、Supervises chemical operators in the manufacturing of target products in compliance with all associated national and local regulations. Manages employees on day-to-day basis and ensures training is completed per departmental requirements；
3、Direct and perform audits of practices, procedures, programs, designs, and methods of operation to assure compliance with Johnson Matthey standards, regulatory requirements, and acceptable work practices；
4、Selects, organize, trains and motivates production/f employees to ensure consistent attainment of production schedules at optimum productivity and cost levels；
5、Identifies, communicates, and drives implementation of capital investments and improvement projects in the pilot plant and facility；
6、Determines manufacturing priorities based on agreed production schedule with BD, Chemical Development and other relevant stakeholders；
7、Support team in complex problem solving and exercises considerable judgement。
任职要求：1、BS in organic chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 9 years related experience in a fine chemical industry；
2、MS in organic chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years related experience in a fine chemical industry；
3、Demonstrates technical proficiency and self-assuredness in applying relevant standards；
4、Experience in applying and implementing ISO9001 concepts in associate with bringing a product through validation to commercialization；
5、Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills；
6、Able to successfully interface with internal and external customers；
7、Ability to supervise a team of shift leaders and maintenance technicians；
8、Strong technical writing skills and the ability to clearly express ideas；
9、Ability to adapt management style to different personalities。
