职位介绍：1、Comply with Company and Project purchasing policies and procedures and act within limits of delegated authority；
2、Work with engineering, planning, project controls, construction, HSE and quality to ensure specifications of materials and equipment is provided on-time；
3、 Identify, develop and propose sources, solicit suppliers, receive quotations and bids . Undertake negotiation of orders, follow-up, schedule and expedite deliveries；
4、Ensure supplier documentation, including insurance guarantees, etc. are received in accordance with purchase order and safely stored；
5、Ensure supplier documentation, including engineering, calculations, drawings, schedules and instructions/manuals are received and distributed；
6、Liaise with quality, logistics and material management at supplier, Customer and contractor offices as necessary to ensure timely delivery of required goods；
7、Secure and process necessary documentation to support the approval of supplier invoices as required by purchase order.
任职要求：1、Job Specific Knowledge:Familiar with PO terms and conditionFamiliar with local/overseas suppliers；
2、Industry Specific Experience:3
5 years initial experience, performing the assigned tasks under supervision of more experienced personnel；
3、Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:Bachelor degree or above；
4、HSE Capability:Good HSE knowledge；
5、IT Skills:Proficient in use of computers and commonly-used business software；
6、People Skills:Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
