职位介绍：
1、Ensure all welding – procedures, personnel, contractors comply with corporate procedures and client specifications；
2、Manage and develop personnel within the section to understand submarine /ship specifications and systems to ensure they conform to them；
3、Carry out acceptance of welds in accordance with requirements；
4、Ensure all welding procedures, welder documentation and instructions are qualified and approved；
5、Ensure adherence to, of all relevant safety/quality related documentation to ensure both safe working practices nuclear/ conventional so that Health and Safety are maintained；
6、Be responsible for the identification, assessment and selection of welding equipment；
7、Ensure quality control checks are carried out；
8、Review contract requirements with respect to Welding and NDT to ensure compliance through Quality System；
9、Monitor budget expenditure；
10、Manage the activities of the weld training facility。
任职要求：1、B.S./Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering；
2、Over 15 years’ industrial experience；
3、8 years’ project inspection coordination experience；
4、Experience in PMC/EPC Refinery/Petrochemical organizations in handling specialized welding inspection work；
5、Qualified engineers with background in Welding disciplines；
6、Good spoken English is required where foreign EPC contractor are involved。
