职位介绍：1、Responsible for site construction activities in respect of safety, quality, schedule and cost；
2、Monitors sub-contractor or controls direct hire labour force for his discipline；
3、Fully familiar with the drawings and specifications applicable to the project；
4、Ensures sub-contractor works to the approved construction method statements and schedules；
5、Ensures that construction procedures are adhered to, and is fully familiar with the quality control ones applicable to his discipline；
6、Ensures sub-contractor is performing to schedule requirements and has sufficient qualified supervision, skilled labour and plant；
7、To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents；
8、Supervise area turnovers and contract close-out punch list activities for civil/structural contracts. Work with Field Engineering to ensure that proper documentation is maintained and filed in preparation for turnover and/or contract close-out. Supervise and verify completion of turnover punch list items。
任职要求：1、More than 10 years' construction management experience of chemical and petro-chemical project；
2、Be familiar with the specification and procedure of domestic and foreign project management；
3、Good co-ordination and communication skill；
4、Good English speaking and writing skill。
