职位介绍：
1、Project coordination between all functional departments and execution teams；
2、who is mainly responsible for reconciling respective project groups to catch project targets in terms of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSSE/QAQC and miscellaneous functional departments；
3、Focal point with the external organisation/parties for issues relevant to the execution of project；
4、Responsible for the risk management coordination of the entire complex project；
5、Report the status of project；
6、Work as an important team member of the coordination management department；
7、Assistance to the project director in the define project strategies；
8、Prepare the project execution plan, project management manuals and procedures；
9、Coordinate the engineering, procurement, construction and other functional department within the contractual scope of work to support the execution of project；
10、Surveillance to the execution of the project and project reporting；
11、Coordination with external interfaces to support the project schedule preparation and progress surveillance；
12、Support the integration of technical scheme of the project；
13、Coordinate with relevant government organisation for the mutual communications；
14、Identification of issues, proposal of solutions and follow up of the execution of measures；
15、Government permitting coordination；
16、Risk management coordination covering all clients and all phases of the project；
17、Lesson learnt sharing cross within team, cross function departments and project execution teams。
任职要求：1、Educational / professional qualification教育、专业资格；
2、Bachelor of Science in engineering and relevant disciplinary；
3、PMP certificate will be a plus；
4、At least 10 years multi project management experience in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry, at least 5 years of project experience in international company；
5、English Level英文水平: Fluent spoken and written English；
6、Rich experience and technical background for project management；
7、Familiar with planning control, cost control, document control；
8、Familiar with international project execution procedure；
9、Good risk management knowledge and experience；
10、Must be capable of working in a team environment；
11、Must have experience in working with people of different culture and backgrounds；
12、Rich experience for coordination with other disciplines and team, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines；
13、Good communication capability；
14、Excellent coordination skill。
